All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you have received a tracking number, be assured, it's on its way. If tracking comes up and details pending, it may not get scanned until it's on board for delivery to you.
Orders placed by 3pm are shipped same day where possible, orders made after this time, if we are not able to lodge them for same-day shipping they will be shipped the following day. (excludes weekends/Public Holidays)
You will receive a tracking number to track the item, please allow a couple of days for Australia post to update any tracking progress. If you haven't received one, check your junk mail and add us to your address book, sohoballarat@gmail.com
If we do an after-hours lodgement via a post box, these items won't be scanned until they are processed at their depot either here or when they arrive at the interstate depot.
Please allow 3-10 working days, although we hope you have them as soon as possible.
